OBM Crew Member

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW:
Olalla Bay Market & Landing is a family-owned and operated, community-focused business located in beautiful downtown Olalla. The property includes a small grocery store, pizza restaurant, public meeting space and museum. Across all areas of our business, our goal is to help provide a space for people to gather and make memories to last a lifetime.

Position Category: Part Time

Salary Level: $16.28 / hr. (minimum wage) + tips

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Process transactions using a point of sale system;

2. Fulfill food and drink orders accurately and efficiently;

3. Adhere to all food and alcohol safety standards;

4. Maintain a clean and organized work station;

5. Learn and be able to speak to OBM menu and daily specials;

6. Maintain a clean dining room and patio;

7. Properly shut down and clean service equipment;

8. Provide exceptional and friendly customer service;

9. Adhere to OBM dress code;

10. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Previous food service experience is required.

- Must be 21+ and hold a current MAST permit.

- Must hold a current food worker card.

- Must have access to reliable transportation.
